⚠️ IMPORTANT — NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING POLICY

ALL ROOM BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a room is booked, the guest is responsible for the entire room balance, whether they pay in full or choose the 4-payment plan.
Cancellations are not permitted, and scheduled payments cannot be stopped, paused, or refunded after a reservation has been made.
If the guest can no longer attend, they may request to transfer their reservation to another person. The transfer must be approved by us before it is considered complete, and the replacement guest must meet all applicable requirements.
Choosing the 4-payment option is a commitment to the full room balance. The payment plan does not mean the reservation can be cancelled after the first payment.
This policy is necessary because the property must be paid in full for the reserved stay.
